What is Trauma Informed breathwork?
Trauma-informed breathwork is a method where I use continual breathwork to break down emotions in your body that are stagnant and supporting you in connecting to our highest potential and your infinite self. It’s a way to heal, release and transform. I make sure you feel safe, supported, and totally in charge of your own journey. Unlike some styles that push for big, intense emotional releases at any cost, I help you listen to your body and begin where your nervous system is today. We honor your unique history and move at a pace that feels right for you, no pushing or forcing, just a gentle path back home to yourself.
As a facilitator, being trauma-informed means I:

Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need any prior experience with breathwork to book a session?
“Not at all! Whether you are a seasoned breather or this is your very first time, I will guide you through the entire process. We begin every session by discussing the breathing technique and your specific intentions, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident before we start the journey.” - What does “Trauma-Informed” mean for my specific session?
“It means your safety is my highest priority. I am trained to facilitate in a way that respects your nervous system’s boundaries. You will never be pushed to breathe harder or faster than you feel ready for. We move at your pace, using the breath as a gentle invitation for healing rather than a forced release.” - What should I do to prepare for my Breathwork Session?
“I recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and finding a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. It’s best to avoid eating a heavy meal at least an hour before our session.
