Sound Healing
What is Sound Healing?
In a busy world many of us crave a gentler, more holistic way to restore wellbeing. Rooted in ancient practice and supported by modern research, sound healing uses intentional tones and vibration to invite deep relaxation, balance, and renewed presence. In a session I blend crystal bowls, chimes, hand drums, and vocal toning to create a textured, immersive soundscape that brings you back home to your body and spirit. The gentle vibrations help interrupt habitual thought patterns, encourage slower, easier breathing, and shift the nervous system toward parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state. You might notice softer muscles, a steadier breath, subtle internal sensations, or an easing of emotional tension. Most people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded.
How does it work?
Our bodies are mostly water, and sound travels through us as vibration. Gentle tones and vibration can help reduce stress and inflammation, support nervous-system regulation, and ease chronic pain. Over time, regular sessions may help reduce anxiety, lift mood, and improve sleep.
