Personal training sessions are 1- hour and are customized to your current fitness level and desired goals. An assessment will be done to determine your current fitness level, nutritional eating habits and any physical limitations you may have. A program can then be determined based on all of these factors. For the most desirable results in meeting your goal, consistent sessions are recommended over a period of time. I am here to support you and keep you accountable in reaching your desired goals.
