As your trainer, I will customize a training plan for you. You can bring your workouts to the gym or at home, track your progress using your mobile phone or device. I will review your progress, listen to your feedback, and tweak your training plan as needed. This is a great way to get personal training on a weekly basis. It can be a great companion to one-on-one personal training for maximum results.
